4.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor.
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Courses; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (c) any content obtained from the Website; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
6.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
6.3 However, if you are a buyer located in the United Kingdom purchasing our digital courses and one-on-one coaching services, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement may also be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
7.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
