Refund Policy

All sales on MBB Prep are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or one-time purchases. Please read the sections below before purchasing so you know what you are signing up for. If you run into a genuine platform issue, email ashwin@mbbprep.com and we will work with you to make it right.

1. Pro and Elite Mentorship Subscriptions

  1. Pro ($149 for 6 months) and Elite Mentorship ($999 for 6 months) are one-time payments for a fixed 6-month engagement.
  2. All subscription fees are non-refundable once purchased. There are no pro-rated refunds for unused months and there is no auto-renewal.
  3. Access remains active until the end of the 6-month window. After that you can extend at the then-current rate.
  4. The Elite Mentorship offer guarantee (where applicable) is governed by the separate terms communicated at enrollment and does not create a right to a cash refund.

2. Coaching Sessions

  1. All coaching session payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  2. You may reschedule a confirmed session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via the link in your booking confirmation email.
  3. Cancellations or reschedules requested less than 24 hours before the session are not accommodated. The session is considered completed and no refund, credit, or reschedule is issued.
  4. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
  5. If MBB Prep needs to cancel a session, you will receive a free reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

3. Questions

  1. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  2. MBB Prep reserves the right to decline service or terminate access where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
  3. This refund policy does not affect statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
